If you are in crisis, your situation is very serious and you need help immediately or in life threatening situations, the Accident & Emergency department at your General Hospital is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. If you, or someone you know, are struggling to cope it’s important to ask for support.
It’s especially important if you feel desperate, are having thoughts of suicide or feel unable to keep yourself safe.
